We typically capture multiple portrait images per child to give families a strong choice of expressions and poses. Portrait days are designed to run efficiently, and the final files are supplied in a format suitable for MIS or admissions import.
We follow a strict no-touch approach. If any adjustment to uniform or presentation is needed, a member of school staff can assist.

We film a wide range of school occasions, including plays, prize-givings, sports events, concerts and other important highlights in the school calendar.
Our video coverage is professionally captured and edited, giving families a polished record of the occasion and giving schools content they can be proud of. Where appropriate, videos can also support school marketing and communications.
Professional video coverage also helps parents stay present in the moment instead of filming on smartphones, which can support safeguarding expectations at performances and formal events.
Music and drama
School productions create some of the most treasured memories of the year.
Where possible, we prefer to photograph a dress rehearsal so we can move closer to the action and capture stronger images without disrupting the audience experience. Where permitted, we can also record the live performance on video.
If required, delivery of images can be timed so that key moments remain a surprise until after the event. Please note that some scripts and licences require additional permissions for video recording.
Sport
From regular fixtures to sports days, sport is one of the richest areas for memorable photography.
We capture action images, team photographs and the proud moments that come with school sport. These images are valuable to families and also help schools celebrate achievement across the wider community.
