✨ What are Premium Retouching Credits?

Each child with Annual Access + Plus receives 5 Premium Retouching Credits, included as part of your pass. These credits allow you to request extra attention and enhancements on your favourite photos — including both photos taken in school and your Family Portrait images.

You’ll be able to submit your requests through a simple online form.

You can use your credits to request a range of improvements, including:

• ✂️ Precise Cropping – Reframe the image to centre your child perfectly

• 💡 Lighting & Exposure Adjustments – Fix dark or overexposed images

• 🌟 Skin Retouching – Soften blemishes, reduce shine, and smooth tones

• 👀 Eyes Open / Brightening – Improve eye sharpness and light

• 👓 Glasses Glare Reduction – Reduce or remove unwanted reflections

• 🎨 Colour & Tone Corrections – Warmer tones, brighter colours, and natural contrast

• 👔 Background Clean-up – Blur or tidy distracting backgrounds (where possible)

 

Each retouched photo uses 1 credit. Once we receive your request, our team will carefully review and apply the requested enhancements.

📸 Can I retouch Family Portraits?​

Yes! You can also use your credits on your Family Portrait session images — perfect for enhancing prints or gifts.

🔁 How do I request retouching?​

Once your gallery is live, we’ll share a link to a simple online form. You’ll be able to:

• Choose the photos you'd like retouched

• Select the specific edits you want

• Add any comments or instructions

 

We’ll process your request within a few days and update your gallery when the retouched versions are ready to download.
