While we strive to capture as many photos and videos as possible, we can't guarantee a specific number of photos and videos each year. This is because every child engages in a different set of school activities, and certain events naturally offer more photo-worthy moments than others.

We can however promise you, access to your child's school portrait, class photo, sports team photo and an appointment at one of our pre-arranged family portrait dates. Additionally, we will ensure that any videos featuring your child are made available. This is all subject to the school booking us for these occasions, your child being present and that you have purchased Annual Access.

The number of occasions we attend varies depending on the number of pupils at your child’s school and their preferences. If you would like to know the specific number of occasions we have promised to attend, please contact us.

We take great care to work discreetly, ensuring that our presence doesn’t interrupt the natural flow of the classroom or distract students from their learning. Our photographers specialise in candid photography, capturing students in their most authentic moments. We also utilise zoom lenses, allowing us to capture high-quality, close-up images without needing to intrude on personal space or get too close to the pupils. In the vast majority of cases, we don’t ask the children to “smile for the camera”; instead, we focus on taking natural, genuine shots that truly represent each child's school experience.

Yes, Annual Access is priced per pupil and is valid for one academic year. You'll need to renew the pass annually for continued access to new photos and videos of your child. However, even if you choose not to renew, you'll still retain access to all the photos and videos that were captured during the year for which you had purchased Annual Access.

Your child’s school will announce our family portrait dates after the February half term. We offer multiple dates and typically there are at least six dates to choose from.

Our family portrait sessions take place between March and July.

If you've purchased Annual Access during our promotional period, you may be eligible for a free print package. Eligible customers will receive an email with redemption instructions. Remember, the coupon expires before the subsequent academic year in September. The print package is a bundled offer, meaning individual prints can't be claimed separately - it must be redeemed all at once. Print packages can only consist of images from a child’s gallery that has active Annual Access.

Unlike traditional once-a-year photos, we document a diverse range of your child's school experiences, giving you access to memories from various events and moments.

Annual Access covers the cost of all digital content. Printed products or any additional services outside of the pass are available at an extra charge.

Each child with Annual Access + Plus receives 5 Premium Retouching Credits. These credits allow you to request extra attention and enhancements on your favourite photos - including both photos taken in school and your Family Portrait images.
